But if you did that you just took a big step toward replacing drinking soda.
By pouring the soda can down the drain, you just created a new connection on your brain that was not there before.
It’s also symbolic. It shows that you have the power to throw away one can of soda.
Try one more and see how does it feel. You still have 10 left.
Doing something different will help break the pattern of the bad habit.
