It take action to get action. So many time we want to do something and instead of doing that something we start over thinking it. As a result we ended up not doing it.

- inaction most likely won’t solve a problem, in general taking action do solve the problem

One push up every day is 365 push up in a year. So that’s 365 push up toward maintaining your body healthy that you would have not done.
