Voya Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund (IHD) around 13% yield, I am looking into it, it appears to be undervalue

I could not find the expense ratio, it appears that it’s an individual stock that hold a collection of stocks. the name says equity funds. So it could be a ETF without an expense ration? I’m looking into it.
