If You are entering in any area where there is already an existing market, You are going to be competing against large competitors, therefore you products needs to be much better than theirs

It can’t be a little bit better

Because if you put yourself in the place of the consumer and the say why would you buy it as consumer.

As a consumer, you most likely going to buy the trusted brand, unless there is a big difference

Constantly seek criticism
