Potassium which can be found in fruits like bananas.

Magnesium which can be found in plants like spinach.

Calcium which can be found in things like milk and green leafy vegetables.

Sodium which can be found in salt

Chlorine which can be found in tomatoes.

Phosphorus which can be found in beans and fish.
