What’s a good nutritional meal?

Oatmeal or cream of wheat, with no added sugar and no milk, but with some fruits such as bananas, blueberries, strawberries, or any fruits you like. In my opinion, this is what constitutes a good nutritional meal.

Cream of wheat is a great source of calcium and iron.


Oatmeal is high in fiber, it has antioxidant properties. it has been shown to reduce blood sugar levels.

What’s great about oatmeal is that it has fiber, fat, protein, and very little sugar.

It’s easy to make for breakfast and it keeps you full.
