Congruence definition and explanation

Congruence is a state of congruency. Example, someone that think about being healthy and do exercise to be healthy then the body and mind is congruence. It’s in harmony.

Another example.

Someone who says that everybody should invest in the stock market in the long run in order to become financially wealthy. If that someone invest in the stock market too, then that someone is congruence. Because his message and his action has congruency.
