My WordPress SSL Activated On My Website, But Not Secure on WP-Admi Log In Page

This post is to show how I found a solution to SSL certificate , the little locked showing on mywebsite.com

but missing on my mywebsite.com/wp-admi

apparently WordPress needed to be updated.
