Unable To Redirect Emails From A Custom Namecheap Domain To Gmail

If you are trying to redirect emails from Namecheap to Gmail or you are trying to forward your emails to Gmail or any other email provider. But redirect email is gray out or it doesn’t give you the options to add forwarder is because nameservers is not Namecheap basicDNS or is not a Namecheap nameserver.

To enable forward emails you need to use Namecheap nameserver, it means that your DNS needs to be point to Namecheap, not another DNS provider like Cloudflare.
