Not wearing something warm enough on your feet

The human body have 3 main parts.

The middle part of the body call the torso where most of your organs are located. This include your heart, liver, lungs etc.

The limbs part of the body such as arms and legs.

The body has an internal thermostat to keep the body at a certain temperature. Specially your brain and your organs located on the torso.

When certain part of your body is cold. Your body send more blood to your torso in order to keep the organs that are there warm.

Since you body is sending more blood to the torso, it means that your feet and hands get less blood. hence, you get cold feet or cold hands or both.

A solution to stop having cold feet is simply to wear something warm on your feet. Get some winter socks or winter indoor wears. Maybe wear 3 socks.

Bad blood circulation

Another reason for cold feet or hands are bad blood circulation.

If the human body has poor blood circulation then the body is going to have a really hard time sending blood to the different parts of your body.

Therefore, it’s more difficult for your body to circulate the blood through your feet and hands. hence, making them feel cold.
