If you want to change a habit quick then change your environment
One of the quickest way to change a habit is just to change the environment. Change the environment to promote the habit you want or change the environment to remove the habit you don’t want.
Example,
Some people like plantain, If you are one of the people that like this kind of vegetable, most likely you are going to be buying it from the supermarket.
However, if for x reason you were to move to area where there is no plantain then you will have no choice but to stop eating it and eat something else instead.
Another example,
If you buy soft drink and put it in the refrigerator, most likely you will end up drinking it because of proximity.
Therefore, what you ought to do is try to change or rearrange your environment to make beneficial habits easy to do and bad habits hard to do.
