Types of food that you can eat to improve your vision starting today
Starting today you can improve your vision by consuming this types of food everyday. Consume food that have this micro nutrients: zeaxanthin, Lutein, polyphenols, proanthocyanidins, vitamin A and vitamin c.

Lutein and zeaxanthin
Lutein and zeaxanthin are two antioxidants that concentrate in your eyes. They mainly concentrates on the back of your eyes in the retina.
This is helpful for floaters, blurriness, day time vision and night time vision.
Some of the foods that contain both or either of this two antioxidants are:
Brassicas vegetables or cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, arugula, bok choy, swiss chard, cauliflower, radishes and kale.
bonus: Spinach are high on both Lutein and zeaxanthin.
squash any type of squash would do such as pumpkins, Zucchini, yellow squash, acorn squash, patty pan, butternut squash, gourds, Hubbard squash
Bonus: eggs, peas and corn are high on both Lutein and zeaxanthin.
Vitamin A
Vitamin A is good for the vision. it contains protein rhodopsin, It help the eyes to see in low light conditions at night.

Vitamin C
Vitamin c forms collagen, it has a protein that provides structure to your eyes.
Collagen is a protein that protect the human body. it’s abundant in the skin, bones and tissues.
Tea such as rosehips and bilberry are amazing for your eyes. These tea are high and packed full of vitamin C, polyphenols and proanthocyanidin. These are great for the eyes because they feed the retina or better yet, the eyes as a whole.
Polyphenols and proanthocyanidins
Polyphenols are micronutrients that naturally occur in plants. You can find them in spices, tea, fruits and vegetables. They are good for the vision physiology and antioxidant protection of the eyes.
Proanthocyanidin are chemical compound that give plants and fruits their purple, blue and red colors.
