How to self growth and improve your current self? Some of the things you can do in order to accomplish it is. Focus on yourself, Be consistent, Never stop learning, Practice positive thinking, Mind yourself and not others, Learn forgiveness, Please yourself, Avoid expecting too much, Accept Failures and Aim for the Moon.

Focus on yourself
Focus on yourself means to use your awareness and guide it toward your happiness and self-fulfillment.
It is to bring pleasantness to the world around you. I said the world around you because the world is you! This concept is a little bit hard to grasp, but let me see if I can explain it
Imagine that you enjoy being on your own. Imagine that you are single and you live in an apartment that you rent. Imagine that you are a loner and that you do not socialize and you don’t have visitors to your apartment.
Now, the way that Your apartment looks, does it looks good or not? The way that your apartment smell, does it smell good or bad? Is your apartment a mess and dirty or is it clean and organize? I hope you know where I’m going with this.
Well, since there is no other person around to mess up or clean your apartment then the way or the current status of your apartment is because of you. Your apartment is you!
You can take the same analogy and apply it to almost any other area that I can think off.
For the following example, just bare with me before you throw rocks, I’ll connect the pieces together.
Have you ever heard the statement that goes by “the best way to help the poor is not to be one of them” whether you agree or not. If you think about it, and just look at reality. Most people have their own problems to deal with and most likely no one is coming to save you.
By you not being a burden to society and not being poor, the help that would had gone to you would go to someone else instead. When you making good money and you are contributing more to society, in a way automatically you are helping more people.
Also, if you become wealthy you can do a lot a good in a large scale, you can do a lot of good for the masses of people. Why? because you have actually power , real power to change not only the status of your apartment, but the status of a piece of the world that could affect many people.
This is why is better to focus on yourself, by focusing on yourself you not only improving your life, but you are also improving the life of others in a way. And as you life improve you can use your new acquire knowledge and share it with other so they can do the same if they want to.
Be consistent
Consistent is when someone act and do things in a certain way over a long period of time.
For example
If you want to improve your health. You can start to drink a glass of water before you eat anything. If you stay consistent, even if it is a small habit, in the long run because of the compound effect, your health should Improve.
You can take the same analogy, and apply this to doing exercise. Even if the exercise is small , if you do it long enough your body should improve.
You can do it with speaking or writing or any skill you can think off. Stay consistent and do it long enough and it would become a habit. Once something becomes a habit, it is easy to do because you just do it without thinking.
Never stop learning
You should never stop learning. Some people think that once you graduate from school your learning stop. But this is further from the truth.
Learning is a lifelong process. This is something that should be teach to everybody when they are young. And it goes like this. Learn , document and share so money, wealth and fulfilment can comes to you.
If you have a question, most likely someone else have the same question. Once you learn the answer to that question it means that you found a solution.
By documenting that solution not only does it shows you that you understand it but it helps you keep track of your progress with proof.
By sharing the solution you can help someone else that have the same problem you had.
If you were the only human on this planet then money will be useless, because there will be no one to trade with. But since you are not the only human, you can trade with them and use money as a median of exchange to obtain wealth.
When you share your solution with others. Some of the people will start to trust you because you are helping them. You can finds way to monetize whatever you are doing and money will come.
For example , this post you are reading right now, I pay a hosting company to allow me to have this website online 24/07/365. For whatever reason some of the people may want to use the same hosting company I am using.

I hope you can see how someone can be learning, document, sharing and making money at the same time.
The fulfilment will come because you doing something you enjoy and love.
What about wealth?
Whether your money comes from a job because you work from someone else. Self employee because you work for yourself. Business money because you own your own business. Investing money because you invest.
There is one thing that you must keep in mind. Take a portion of that money and invest it into passive income producing assets.
Eventually you’ll have a pool of money large enough that the interest or dividends or cashflow it generate is large enough that you can live off from it whether you work or not.
Once that happens, even if you were to take some time off, eventually you will go back to work again. There are people that have taken over a year off doing nothing and they eventually get bore of watching tv, playing video games, watching animation.
Just try being awake and doing nothing for a hour. You’ll find out how hard it is.
Our mind have evolve to being constantly growing. That’s why when you do something to the extreme eventually you learn it so well that you know what to expect, so you are force to move on to do something else so the mind can keep growing.
Practice positive thinking
Positive thinking is way of focusing on the good side of any situation.
As we go through life, good things and bad things are going to happens to us no matter what. When something happens to us whether is a positive event or a bad event, we have a choice to respond in a positive way or a negative way.
So the way that you experience the world is up to you.
Of course, it does not means ignoring or avoiding the bad things that happens. It means making the best you can of a bad situation into a good situation.
I give you an example.
There was this person let’s call her Karen. She was going off on this other person, let’s call him Darren. Karen is letting him have it and Darren is just listening and nodding. No human being should treated the way that Karen was treating Darren. After all the venting, Karen tell Darren, aren’t you going to say something…
Darren responded by slapping the hell out Karren.
No Wait! I’m just kidding, he did not responded that way.
Darren actually responded by saying there are a few ways that I can help you find a solution. I do apologized for any inconvenience. I do see that you are having a bad day. This is what I can do for you…
You see, Darren works in customer service, he understand that Karen venting on him has nothing to do with him. He understand that Karen just want someone to hear her.
In the end Darren not only deescalated the situation, but Karen ended up apologizing to Darren for her behavior.
The moral of the story is that although we can not control what happens externally, how we choose to respond to the events will dictate how positive or negative the outcome may end.
I understand that no situation is the same, but regardless of the situation. You can either ruin your day by going the negative route or you can try to improve your day by going the positive route.
Mind your self and not others
Mind yourself and not others means that you should be focusing on yourself and not others. This basically what is not important to you, you should not pay attention to. Do not waster your precious energy on unimportant things. Your energy is limited so use it wisely. Learn to say no to people.
Instead, focus on what’s important to you. Devote your energy to do beneficial things. Things that will improve your life.
Things that will bring people that are in alliance with your goals and dreams. This will bring people to your ecosystem. At the same time this will keep fake people away.
Therefore, your priorities should be focusing on yourself.
Learn forgiveness
Forgiveness mean different things to people. We can look at it this way. Forgiveness means to let go of the thought of revenge or the thought of resentment.
No matter how good you are, there are people that are going to do you wrong.
I am not saying to bend over and take it without fighting back. But keep in mind that when someone do you wrong there is this annoying feeing that wants to make you get even on that person.
The problem with this revenge feeling is that not only does it make you waste energy that you could had used in other more productive thing, but it also make you do stupid things. Things that could make you ended up in a worse position than if you had let it go.
Plus you don’t want this feeling of grudge and bittiness to follow you around. Is better to just let it go and move on.
Beside, Karma works in mysterious way.
Even though bad things could happens to good people, in general bad things gravitate toward bad people. And when bad people meet and do bad stuff to bad people. I leave the rest to your imagination to know how things could end up.
When you are kind and you have empathy towards others, most likely people will treat you the same way.
Please yourself
Please yourself means that you can do what ever you want.
It’s ok to be dislike, not every body is going to like you. You should do you and not care what other people think. because you are the only person that can experience your journey.
This is not easy to do since we tend to like to please other people. We tend to take a hart the opinions of others.
Avoid expecting too much
Expectation is the strong belief that something will happen in the future.
If that thing that we are expecting happen then we are proud and happy and you get my drift.
But what if it doesn’t happens? Ouch!
Here come the disappointment.
You see, expecting too much from yourself or others will not end well. This could let to disappointment, depression, burn out, low self esteem, anxiety, you name it, it’s definitely something negative.
So is better not to expect to much. If it happens cool, if it doesn’t happens is cool too. Just enjoy the journey.
Accept failures
Accept failure is when the expectation you had weren’t met and you still forgive yourself anyway.
You can also look at it this way. If you never give up, no matter how many time you fall down, if you still get up and continue, is like you have not fail.
Beside failures could make you stronger. Look at day traders for example. People that are really good at day trading they may win like 80% of the time, but 20% of the time they are going to lose a trade.
Should they feel bad and quit because they lose 20% of the time? no of course. If they like trading, they should keep going and try to improve their odds higher.
So, whatever is your endeavor, remember that accepting failures is a part of life.
Aim for the moon
Aim for the moon is a phrase that means that your goal should be high enough that even if you miss, you still ended up well enough.
for example,
Let say that you aim to have a pool of money large enough, how about 12 millions dollars in the next 20 years. That’s a lot of money, but let’s say that you manage to accumulate 3 millions in instead of 12 millions.
Even though you did not reach your intended 12 million goal, you still way better off than where you stared.
This aim for the moon goal could be apply to your physical health, mental health, relationship etc.
